Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Follow up on project schedules, materials, and site activities
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Resolve project-related coordination issues in a timely manner
• Support project managers in planning and execution activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or relevant field)
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred:
• Experience in fire safety, MEP, or construction projects

Position: AutoCAD Drafter

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed MEP and Fire Safety drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submission drawings
• Coordinate with design engineers and project teams for drawing updates and revisions
• Prepare fire detection, fire suppression, sprinkler, hydrant, and evacuation layout drawings
• Ensure drawings comply with BNBC, NFPA, and project requirements
• Maintain drawing records and revisions properly
Requirements:
• Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MEP and Fire Safety drafting
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and MEP layouts
• Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
Preferred:
• Experience in factory/RMG compliance projects
• Knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, and fire safety authority requirements
